Cleaning
Brush off loose dirt and debris with a soft-bristle brush. Rinse with lukewarm water and wipe down with a damp cloth; avoid harsh detergents that can strip the DWR finish on the ripstop upper.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove the insoles and loosen the laces to allow airflow inside the bootie. Never machine-dry or place near a radiator.
GORE-TEX® Care
Periodically clean the GORE-TEX® bootie and refresh water repellency on the outer ripstop upper with a wash-in or spray-on DWR treatment to maintain breathability and wet-weather performance.
Outsole Maintenance
Clear mud, stones, and debris from the 3.5 mm lugs after each outing to preserve traction. A stiff brush works best on the Vibram® Megagrip outsole.
Storage
Store loosely laced with the tongue pulled forward in a cool, dry place. Avoid compression or stacking heavy items on top, which can deform the midsole shank and rock plate over time.
